What a cute family - this is definitly a step down from the one we had done in Mexico way back when!
This weekend was alot of fun because on Friday night it was Karens birthday so I decorated our room for her, bought her some presents and we had ice cream cake!
Then I had to wake up early on Saturday beucase my parents got here at nine in the morning. Also, Travis decided to come out for the day so that was really cool to see him. We just chilled in my room alot and we got the goofy, one-minute caricature done of the family. I showed them around the campus and then they went shopping while I had dress rehearsal for my concert. At two o'clock they listened to my choir sing...which by the way is really amazing and I love it!
Then I took my dad for a walk in the bluffs through the trails. Man is that a hike with all the elevation changes and excersize. Then we went to the apple orchard again in the bluffs and we climbed the trees to pick apples!
While we were in the room, Travis was using his RA skills to make some fun door decs for Karen and I.
Mom sitting on our futon just chilling!
Here I am just relaxing in my new sweat pants that my parents bought me. They are so comfortable. I was in them all night last night!
Today I went to church and then took a three hour nap! It was great becuase I have felt a little sick the past few days so it was good to catch up on sleep.
